Preston is probably the most laid back guy you'll ever meet, he's not one for expressing something other than being ecstatic or giddy. He likes getting high, flirting with chicks and making people laugh. If you don't laugh at his awful corny jokes then he'll shun you and ignore you. Also if you couldn't get it, he likes receiving attention. Preston is a big attention hog but he doesn't talk about his past and milk sympathy, he instead uses the attention to tell awful jokes and bitch about the staff. So if you want to talk to Preston without him ignoring you, you'd have to do one of the following: insult him, be laid back like him, laugh at his jokes and make him laugh, or look interesting. He's a kid in a man's body, with a fear of the dark and abandonment along with problems of the past making it impossible for him to mentally enter adulthood.

ACQUAINTANCES

These are the people that are interesting to Preston, he thinks they're funny, attractive (chicks) or cool to talk to. It's rather easy to be an acquaintance but it's an effort that most people don't enjoy putting forth. He is loyal to each acquaintance he makes and would do practically anything for them.

STRANGERS

All people at the start are strangers, they stray about like eye floaters and look alike. They're insignificant and sometimes irritating but he tolerates them and interacts with them. These people are typically the ones categorized with "enemies", but those "enemies" are treated like any other stranger. A cold shoulder most of the time and a reaction of disgust when they're present. But he wouldn't fight them - he can't even take a punch, he's a wimpy little kid who just wants a juice box but can't have one because there's no more.

LOVERS

At the moment, Preston doesn't know how to love. He isn't sure how & gets confused and numb tongued in front of a girl who even says "I love you" casually. He is up for meaningless flings here but not anything that is like primary school love where one holds hands and admits their love to that person everyday. [/blockquote] [/blockquote]

[Luke Daltrey]

So these two are cellmates. Things could get interesting. Based on Preston's strong personality he might clash a little bit with Luke who wouldn't give into his attention-hogging tendencies. But it could still be a playful frenemy type thing. Although he would get annoyed, Luke wouldn't genuinely dislike him unless he actually did something against him. Growing up in a big family, Luke is used to dealing with slightly bothersome siblings so he might view Preston as just that.

I'm lazy and not going to make this fancy since I'm on my phone, but Luke would remind Preston of his younger sibling back at home which is a soft spot for him. He'd throw his temper tantrums for not receiving attention and tease Luke playfully but other than that he wouldn't be "hostile" or any of the sort unless it was playful. I can just imagine Preston throwing a temper tantrum and then asking for a cigarette all calmly a few minutes later, acting like nothing happened. xP

So I definitely think Cordelia and Preston would be great buddies. She loves people with a sense of humor and likes to laugh, but she's bisexual and has a girlfriend do they could casually make flirty comments which don't necessarily mean anything. What do you think?

That'd be perfect for Preston, he would just love all three of those things. He'd probably elbow her and joke about a threesome with her and her girlfriend, maybe a polygamous relationship.
